Study the following Biblical references and you will learn what satanic principalties are and how they effect your life.

Ephesians 6:12 -- "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Principalities always refer to a level in the kingdom. The Bible is all about a King (Jesus Christ/God/Holy Spirit) and his kingdom. Satan also has a kingdom and principalities is a level in that kingdom. Principalities can refer to God's kingdom, Satan's kingdom or man's kingdom, as detailed in the scriptures below.

The verse above clearly states that there is a spirit world that is invisible. Flesh and blood is mankind -- people we can see, touch and feel. But this passage tells us about another spiritual existence that we wrestle against. Unfortunately most people don't acknowledge this spiritual world is there, and if they do, they classify it as "strange phenomena," "UFO's," "ESP," "transcendental meditation," and anything else to remove the existence of Satan.

Jeremiah 13:18 -- "Say unto the king and to the queen, Humble yourselves, sit down: for your principalities shall come down, event he crown of your glory."

Romans 8:38 -- "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, not things present, nor things to come. Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Ephesians 3:10 -- "To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God."

Colossians 1:15-16 -- "Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him."

Colossions 2:14-15 -- "Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."

Titus 3:1 -- "Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work."
