As a child, I always participated in the Halloween activities. Things like dressing up as ghosts and witches and going from house to house to get a bunch of candy that rotted my teeth. I was innocent to the real meaning behind the Halloween custom but wished now I would have NEVER participated in it.

Kids love Halloween because it's both fun and scary. But they have no idea what's behind this celebration. To Satanists and witches, Halloween is no joke. It's the most solemn ceremony of the year. They believe "fruit of the body" offered to Satan is for the "sin of the soul."

As we get closer to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, Satanism will increase. So will human sacrifice!

Halloween stated in the British Isles with the Druids. Those guys were really spooky. October 31st was a night of terror called "Samhain." That night the Druids went from house to house taking victims for human sacrifice. In exchange for the victim, they left a jack-o-lantern with a lighted candle made of human fat inside -- which was supposed to protect the home from death demons that night. (How ironic since they were demons themselves!)

You must understand that Satan is one of the most powerful and intelligent creatures God ever created. He was once one of the greatest of all God's angels, until he sinned by deciding he wanted to become greater than God. Today, he tries to make people believe he doesn't exist because if you don't think he exists, you won't resist him. But doesn't it make sense that there are two different entities existing in the spiritual realm of reality? Think about it for a moment. In every human situation, there is always a "good" side and a "bad" side. Almost every movie you watch involves "bad" stuff happening to "good" people. In every relationship or interaction with others, there is a "wrong (bad)" and a "right (good)" side. Therefore, it should be very easy to believe there is a "good" and an "evil" force in existence and the evil force wants to do nothing but hurt and decieve you.

Satan loves Halloween because it glamorizes the powers of darkness, drawing little kids into his camp. And it's paying off. Witchcraft is exploding among teens today and psychic hotlines are making millions or dollars every day from ADULTS! But Satan's sacrifices are a mockery of God's perfect sacrifice for our sins. Since Satan hates the message of Jesus Christ, he blocks it every chance he gets.

Think about the symbols of Halloween for a moment. Ghosts, goblins, monsters, blood, guts, gore, skeltons, witches, magic, mummies, death and dismembered bodies. It amazes me, but I know of many Christians who participate in Halloween parties, many of which I have been invited to but declined. These Christians don't give it a second thought about dressing up as someone or something else. However, trying to pretend to be someone else is deception -- and most participants pass it off as "just fun." Sure, you aren't huring anyone, but if Halloween is a celebration involving Satanic symbols, why would any Christian want anything to do with the day of death?

The children who are mutilated and murdered every Halloween are no accident. They are carefully planned sacrifices to Satan, carried out by those who serve and worship him. Often times, witches have babies specifically to sacrifice to Satan. The births of their babies are never recorded and nobody knows about it. However, the poor little innocent child suffers mental and physical torture just the same.

After reading this article, if you say to yourself: "It's okay for my kids to particpate in Halloween. They aren't participating in any Satanic rituals and it's all just fun for them." then ask yourself this question: "If you think abortion is murder, would you enjoy sitting in an abortion clinic every day?" Your true feelings may be wholesome and pure, but wouldn't it bother you to be around child murderers? Let me ask you another question then: Now that you know the truth behind the meaning of Halloween how can it still be "fun" to you or your kids?

Suggestion: If you can't quite bring yourself to not giving kids out something during Halloween, then buy some Chick tracts and hand them out. As a Christian, you should do everything you can to spread the word about Halloween and what better way to do it than through a cartoon-type booklet about the true behind the holiday.
